Shore Dogs is an unincorporated California association with a mission to promote responsible dog ownership within our community and to maintain the off-leash dog park in partnership with the city of Redwood City. Our hope is to go one step beyond just being dog club, by cultivating community spirit and involvement, providing information and education to dog owners who have questions or problems with their pets and to be a resource with respect to rescue issues.
Shore Dogs is located near the end of Radio Road in Redwood Shores, California, near a corner of San Francisco Bay, where during the spring and fall migration season, you can watch the shore birds.
The Park is open for unlimited use from dawn until dark. During the rainy season, however, please be advised that the park is subject to closure without prior notice at the discretion of the Park and Recreation Department and the Shore Dogs Board.
