On March 23, 2010, the annual Shore Dogs board meeting was attended by 40 people. Twenty people were elected to the board of directors and the following people were elected as board officers:
- President: Bill Dreyfus
- Vice President: Lou Frost
- Treasurer: Mike O'Connor
- Secretary: Mike Courtney
